At last visit well investigated my problem by student doctor and confirmed and treatment to follow from my own doctor. Various tests and scans should help to sort out problem.

This is a wonderful surgery with excellent doctors and nurses but making an appointment with your preferred doctor can be very difficult and upsetting when you least need hassle. Parking is also extremely difficult even when the surgery is quiet.

It is very often hard to get an appointment by telephone if you need an urgent appointment. By the time you get Through on the phone all appointments for that day have gone !! Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes to get through on the phone.

I have been a patient at Dr Senhenn's practice for 30 years and seen changes that have improved the surgery. Comfortable reception area, very friendly and helpful receptionists. The nurses are efficient and cheerful. The doctors myself and my husband have seen have dealt with our medical problems well and referred us to consultants when necessary. Dr Senhenn in particular is very thorough and we never feel rushed out. All flu clinics are run very efficiently and if unable to attend on the day another appointment is always possible to make. I would prefer some doctors to work more days to provide consistency as many seem to only work on a part time basis. The surgery does seem to have a large amount of patients which means to get an appointment that day it is best to attend when doors open at 7.30 to queue for when reception opens at 8.30. I am very pleased with all treatment at this surgery. .

The receptionists were very helpful and the doctors listened to my problems and were caring and professional throughout the appointment. I would certainly recommend this practice!
